Hey- I’m Elaine Berlin!
I’ve always been involved in fitness; from participating in every Speed and Agility Camp my Dad ran when I was young to playing DII collegiate soccer. I graduated college with a degree in Athletic Training but focused my attention mostly on sports performance and injury prevention. In 2010 I took a break from the fitness business world and moved to Montana to build hiking trails in the Northern Rockies. Even though the focus was environmental conservation, I still incorporated health and fitness into the daily life of myself and my coworkers. This helped me recognize that strength and fitness is not just in the gym but in everything you do – mentally and physically.
I have two kids and can honestly say that prioritizing workouts before, during, and after pregnancy has been a game changer. Though all pregnancies are different, I know I would not have been able to conquer the things I have or felt this good if it weren’t for my health.
My husband is my biggest supporter and motivator! We love to workout together and with our family and show our kids that fitness is essential to their health but also that it can be fun, even when hard.
When I’m not coaching you can find me outside playing with my kids in my garden or at a park, working out at my home gym, or making a mess in the kitchen.
I’m so excited to hear your stories and help you reach your ultimate fitness goals!
